	Mr. K.V.Bala, 42 Years young, holds a Gold Medal in B.Tech from Anna University ; a rank holder in MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and completed Advance Management Programme from Stanford University, USA.He has 15 Year of Business experience in the area of Project Management, Investment Banking areas and he is the promoter of Subuthi Finance Ltd, Indowind Energy Limited.

	Mr. K. S. Ravindranath, 46 years young, is the Whole-Time Director of the Company. Holds a Diploma in Engineering from PAC Ramaswamy Raja College of Polytechnic, Rajapalayam. In charge of Operations and site management, since inception of the company. He has gained wide technical experience & knowledge in wind industry.

Mr. T.R. Jayaraman

Mr. T.R. Jayaraman, 72 years old, holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts, Bachelors Degree in Law, Government Diploma for Companies Secretaries from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He is an Independent Professional Director

Mr. Niranjan R. Jagtap

	Mr. Niranjan R. Jagtap, 60 years old, holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai and was enrolled as an Advocate to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 1971. Was further registered as an advocate on the Original Side of the High Court of Bombay in 1981 and was appointed as Notary –Greater Bombay by the Government of Maharashtra in 1983. Has been practicing in the firm Niranjan Jagtap & Co. since the year 1983. He is an Independent Director.
