Mr. K.V.Bala, 47 Years old , holds a Gold Medal in B.Tech from Anna University ; a rank holder in MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and completed Advance Management Programme from Stanford University, USA.He has 15 Year of Business experience in the area of Project Management, Investment Banking areas and he is the promoter of INDUS Finance Corporation Ltd, Indowind Energy Limited.

Whole - Time Director

Mr. K. S. Ravindranath, 50 years old, is the Whole-Time Director of the Company. Holds a Diploma in Engineering from PAC Ramaswamy Raja College of Polytechnic, Rajapalayam. In charge of Operations and site management, since inception of the company. He has gained wide technical experience & knowledge in wind industry.
 
 
Mr. Niranjan R. Jagtap
Independent Director
Mr. Niranjan R. Jagtap, 63 years old, holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai and was enrolled as an Advocate to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 1971. Was further registered as an advocate on the Original Side of the High Court of Bombay in 1981 and was appointed as Notary -Greater Bombay by the Government of Maharashtra in 1983. Has been practicing in the firm Niranjan Jagtap & Co. since the year 1983. He is an Independent Director
 
Mr.T.S.Raghavan
Independent Director

Mr.T.S.Raghavan, 71 Years Old, holds a Master Degree and C.A.I.I.B. Joined Indian Overseas Bank, Chennai during 1965 as Probationary Officer and become General Manager of the Bank by 1992. He was Executive Director in Vijaya Bank, Bangalore during Jan 96 to Oct 98. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Maharastra Bank during May 97 to Oct 98. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Bank during Oct 98 to April 2000. He is Independent Director in Indowind Energy Limited and Indus Finance Corporation Limited.
